2. License and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, AllQRCode and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material (excluding user-generated QR codes and locally processed images) on AllQRCode. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from AllQRCode for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish, sell, rent, or sub-license our proprietary source code or underlying application logic.
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy the UI/UX design or programmatic layout of AllQRCode.
• Reverse engineer the WebAssembly modules used for our client-side image processing or QR generation.
• Attempt to utilize our services through automated scraping, massive bot nets, or undocumented APIs without explicit commercial permission.

Note on Generated Assets: Any QR code you generate or image you convert/compress using our tool belongs entirely to you. We claim no copyright, trademark, or ownership over the files you process through our client-side utilities.

3. Fair Use and Acceptable Conduct

While our tools are provided entirely free of charge, we require users to adhere to basic standards of acceptable conduct. You agree not to use AllQRCode to:

• Generate QR codes that direct users to malicious websites, malware downloads, phishing pages, or any infrastructure designed to exploit end-users.
• Generate QR codes containing illegal, highly offensive, or non-consensual explicit material.
• Intentionally overload our servers via Denial of Service (DoS) attacks on our static asset delivery network.

We reserve the right to ban IP addresses or networks that repeatedly violate these fair use policies.

4. Hyperlinking to our Content

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval: Search engines, News organizations, online directory distributors, and system-wide Accredited Businesses.

These organizations may link to our home page, to publications, or to other Website information so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.

Because our tools execute client-side within your browser, we cannot guarantee absolute stability across all possible combinations of hardware, operating systems, and web browsers.

We are not responsible for any financial loss, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity resulting from the use of QR codes generated on our platform, including but not limited to un-scannable codes printed on physical media. Always test your generated QR codes before committing them to mass printing.

6. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the AllQRCode platform (including, without limitation, the availability of specific QR code templates, image conversion codecs, or the API) at any time without notice or liability.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
