Frequently Asked Support Questions

Why is my downloaded QR code blurry?

If you downloaded your QR code as a PNG or JPG and it appears blurry when printed, it is likely because you chose a low resolution during generation. We recommend sliding the "Size" slider to a higher value (e.g., 2000px) before downloading. For absolutely perfect clarity at infinite scale (such as for massive billboards or vehicle wraps), we highly recommend downloading your QR code in the SVG vector format.

My custom logo is covering the QR code data.

While our tool allows you to overlay custom logos onto the center of your QR codes, making the logo too large can destroy the error-correction data, rendering the code unscannable. To fix this, use the "Logo Size" slider to reduce the footprint of your logo. Always test your QR code with your smartphone camera before printing or publishing.

Why did the image converter fail to process my massive file?

Because our tools operate entirely within your local web browser (for maximum privacy and speed), they rely on your device's available RAM. If you attempt to convert an extraordinarily massive file (e.g., a 2GB raw TIFF image) on a device with limited memory, the browser tab may crash. For such files, we recommend closing other browser tabs to free up system resources before converting.

Do you offer a REST API?

Currently, our platform is designed strictly for consumer-facing browser utility. However, we are actively developing a robust, high-availability REST API for enterprise customers who need to dynamically generate thousands of QR codes or process images programmatically. If you are interested in beta access, please contact our business inquiries team.

Bug Bounty & Security Disclosures

We take the security of our platform and the safety of our users incredibly seriously. While our client-side architecture mitigates the vast majority of traditional web vulnerabilities, we welcome responsible disclosure from the cybersecurity community.

If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability, please email security@allqrcode.com with a detailed proof-of-concept. Please allow up to 72 hours for an initial technical assessment before public disclosure.
